The College of Europe is welcoming students from European Neighborhood Policy nations to apply for this scholarship that will be granted to seek after postgraduate examinations amid the scholastic year 2018-2019.

The College of Europe which its fundamental grounds in found Bruges, Belgium, is an autonomous college establishment of postgraduate European examinations.
