The law firm of Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD is happy to offer an application for the Child of a Disabled Veteran Scholarship Program to one worthy candidate whose parent has been in service-connected disability. A college and high school students are qualified to apply. A submission of an essay is required to be submitted in one of the different topics.

It has been reported by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, that in the year 2016 more than 20 million veterans are still living in the US. And year 2015 there are some veterans that still living with a service-connected disability. The Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD see all the challenges which the real-life heroes were facing, first of all with their families. This scholarship was established annually to help them with their child’s education.
The successful student will receive 1,000$ US Dollar benefits.
Eligible criteria include the legal child of a veteran in any US military service branch, a student with a GPA of 3.0, enrolled and attended in an accredited college, graduate or undergraduate.
The submission deadline is until December 15, 2017. All application will be reviewed by the scholarship committee. Successful students will be notified via phone or email by the spring in 2018.
