The Commission on Higher Education in the Philippines and the French Embassy is offering CHED-PhilFrance Scholarships for Filipino applicants. This scholarship is available to faculty and non-teaching staff currently serving in a higher education institution to apply for graduate degree. Their aim is to strengthen ties between France and Philippines .
The scholarship will cover the Tuition fees for the entire duration of the chosen program, a living allowance depending on the area of residence, for a Master’s degree candidates they will live in the greater Paris Area worth 1129.60$ US Dollar per month, and for the PhD candidates it will be 1426.40$ US Dollar per month, if a student decide to live elsewhere the candidates will receive 891.79$ US Dollar per month. They will also provide a heath care package for the students, a round trip airfare ticket. There is no specific number of scholarship, the test can be taken in France.

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship the student must be employed by a CHED-recognized institution of higher learning, A Filipino Citizen, age must be not more than 42 years old for the applicant of masters degree, not more than 40 in doctoral degree,. Applicants must hold a strong academic record. Demonstrate knowledge or expertise that would prepare them adequately for successful study and research in a specific graduate program. The students must be in good health condition with a good moral character. Fulfill all the Terms and conditions of the grant, including a return service obligation.
Note that this scholarship is only for a Filipino Citizen. Applicants must have proficiency in English.
Applicants can apply through online processor submit a CV no longer than two pages add more details about your academic and professional experience. An academic Essay no longer than 750 words, students must underline the reasons why you want to study in France and how this experience and degree will benefit Philippine academia. A certified true copy of Academic Transcript, Letter of Acceptance, Proof of application, to degree-awarding programs, issued by the French higher education institution (HEI).
All documents must be in PDF format and the Essay must be in a Word Documents.
