Funded by the Swedish Council for Higher Education, Chalmers will be giving 50 IPOET scholarships in 2020 to prospective fee-paying students.

The scholarship covers all the current Master’s Program that is offered at Chalmers.
Number of Scholarships
Citizens from non EU/EEA countries
– Candidates will get a 75% reduction of the tuition fees for 4 semesters/2 years
– Students who perform excellently during their first year of studies may get an increased scholarship reduction, which will cover 85% of the tuition fee during the candidate’s second and final year of studies
– Citizens from non-EU/EEA countries who would normally be required to pay tuition for Swedish university education
– First-year Master’s program applicants
Selection will be based mainly on applicants’ relative academic excellence, this would include weighted average grade and home university’s stature.
To apply, applicants will be required to make an online application to any of the Master’s program at the Chalmers university via the university website. After which the applicant will be assigned an 8 digit application number which would be required to complete the scholarship application. The deadline for the scholarship application is 15th January 2020.
