Cartography is an interesting area of study. Applications are now open to candidates who want to sign up for the Erasmus Mundus Scholarships and pursue an International Master Program in Cartography.
The offer is available as part of the Erasmus by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, an accredited learner European Union institution.
Now, let us focus on some of the specifics. You may apply until 15 March 2018. In addition, you will be able to to apply for either cartography or geoinformatics.
The scholarship is really generous. It includes travel costs, two instalments to the tune of EUR 6,000 if the successful applicant is traveling more than 4,000 km.
There will be a quite fetching EUR 1,000 living expenses stipend, up to EUR 24,000 total. There are more goodies to be bagged. Consider that you may, on top of everything else, be considered for EUR 2,425 per semester which will knock off costs of participation in any event. The maximum amount is EUR9,700.
This is a full scholarship, but the number of available offers is regrettably unknown. The scholarship can be taken in various locations. You can choose between either Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
