Five scholarship for the Bank of Canada Master Scholarship Award for Women in Economics and Finance for this year 2017-2018. This scholarship is being spearheaded by the bank of Canada which aims to promote the women empowerment of the under role women in the society of Canada.
The goal of the Canadian Bank is to give emphasis in women advancement where their role is the company is under presented. Through this scholarship program, the organization believes that it will enhance the economic and the financial stability of the Canada with the aid for women to reach the raise in their career status.
This is an online scholarship where you can access their application form through their website. The scholarship is open for the Master Degree Courses only with emphasis in the subject area of economics and finance.
$10,000 worth of monetary grants will be given to cover the tuition fees and other related academic expenses. What is best about this scholarship is that there will be a permanent employment in the Bank of Canada upon completion of the scholarship programme.
In order to qualify you must pass the Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
- Open for female applicants only
- Show interest to pursue studies in the Master’s Program under the Canadian University
- Specialized in economic and financial management
- Must maintain a satisfactory rating of 70 % or higher in academic performance
