The Australian National University is offering international students a chance to study at the university through its Excellence Scholarship Programme. The programme will award successful candidates with funding to pursue their undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
The initial award is estimated at $5,000 which is paid in one instalment after the first-semester census date. In addition, students will benefit from a 10 per cent discount on their tuition fees for years of study thereafter. As to scholars, they will benefit from great networking opportunities with ANU Executive.
Any candidates must be applying for a full-time study. A number of study areas are available at the ANU.
In order to qualify for the scholarship, however, students must meet a number of criteria, including being an international student as defined by the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000.
Candidates will also be expected to have achieved an excellent level in their final years of schooling and have good track record in their secondary studies or undergraduate degree. Students who may apply should hail from India or Indonesia.
Applicants must submit an electronic form by 15 October 2017.
