Alzheimer’s Research located in the United Kingdom is the leading research charity, decisively believes in the power of research to generate the world free from the fear, harm, and heartbreak of dementia. That’s why they are delighted to offer the Alzheimer’s Research Ph.D. Scholarship for individual or joint supervisors, not students.
They strongly believe that providing a world class studies may give the best chance of defeating Dementia. The scholarship provides a full Ph.D. program amounting to 19,000$ US Dollar per annum and research and covering the travel cost up to 13,200$ US Dollar per annum.
To be eligible for this program:
- The applicant and point of contact need to be based on a UK academic or research institution. Though, the application can include researchers or institutions outside the United Kingdom.
- Ph.D. Scholarships can only be applied.
- The Lead Supervisor is expected to have a contract fixed or tenure.
- If the project has need of ethical approval and/or Home Office licenses, the award is reliant upon the requisite approvals being approved.
