This is a great opportunity for women who are not Citizens of United States or permanent residents. The American Association of University Women is offering International Fellowship for fulltime study or research in the United States. This grant for school is open to both graduate and postgraduate students at accredited universities.

Target group
Women who are not permanent residents or citizens of United States. Preference will however be given to women who, prior to applying, have shown commitment to the advancement of women and girls via civic, community, or professional work.
Scholarship value:
Master’s/Professional Fellowship: $18,000
Doctorate Fellowship: $20,000
Postdoctoral Fellowship: $30,000
Eligibility
The following are the criteria that must be met by applicants;
-They must have citizenship in another country other than United States or posses a nonimmigrant visa if they reside in the United States. Women who are currently or expected to be United States citizens, permanent residents, or dual citizens during the fellowship year are not eligible.
– They must hold an academic degree either in the United States or abroad which is equivalent to U.S. bachelor’s degree completed by 15th November, 2019.
– Must have the intention of devoting herself fully to the proposed academic plan during the fellowship year
– Must have the intention of returning to her home country after the completion of the study period
– Must be proficient in English Language
