Eligibility for Scholarship.
- Applicants are required to:
- You must hold Australian citizenship.
- possess a degree from an Australian university from which you have graduated (or are very close to graduating)
- It is not required to already have been admitted to the university at the time of applying; nevertheless, you must demonstrate that you have a plan to begin postgraduate studies at an abroad institution beginning in the calendar year following the year in which you apply.
- those who have already been awarded a Rhodes, Fulbright, or Ramsay scholarship are ineligible for a John Monash Scholarship. The same goes for those who have been awarded a Ramsay Scholarship.
- The following criteria are taken into consideration while deciding who will receive John Monash Scholarships:
- Excellence is something that can be demonstrated by a degree that was earned with exceptional outcomes. - Citizenship requires a clearly recognized career track that proves the applicant’s potential to contribute to Australia and a clearly defined career trajectory that demonstrates the applicant’s contribution to society. - There must be a minimum of three references. Referees ought to be senior members of the community who are in a position to comment on the applicant’s capacity for leadership in any context, be it academic, professional, or personal.

The Flinders University 2023 John Monash Scholarship Awards is open to all International Students
If a student enrolls in one of the degree programs offered by SOAS University of London, they may be eligible to receive a fee waiver award in the amount of £5,000. This award is available to students who are interested in receiving a degree from SOAS University of London.
