William Woods University is a learning community of more than 3,500 students and faculty, including some 1,100 traditional undergraduates representing more than 35 US states and 24 countries on our 225-acre campus in Fulton, Missouri.

Eligibility & Requirements
- This scholarship is intended for students who are majoring in American Sign Language Interpreting, Communication, Graphic Arts or Graphic Design, Performing Arts or Theatre, Studio Art, or Equestrian Science.
- The theatre concentration in performance includes coursework in acting, voice, and diction, directing, stagecraft, dance movement, and more.
- Students must first be accepted to William Woods University to be entered from this scholarship.
- Applicants must be an incoming freshman.

The only way to apply is for students to receive an acceptance letter from the university, where afterwards, they have been submitted for this particular scholarship award.
The link is provided below, this link will take any applicant to the beginning of the application portal website. This is where an applicant that has received notification that they have been accepted into the university, should register online to start applying or entering scholarship awards.
Applied toward tuition, room, and board. A limited amount of up to $5,000, is available to exceptional students whom the faculty feels could act as academic and creative role models within the division.
This performance scholarship award is under the “additional awards” category. Also, it should be noted that most if not all scholarship awards will go directly to paying off the tuition of that university.
Deadline & Annual
This deadline is considered non-restrictive. Meaning that there are several dates throughout the year that this scholarship award can be entered into winning.
Spring Term begins on January 10, 2022. Students will be entered as early as Jan. 10th, 2022 for this scholarship. There is no deadline.
