In order to assist international (non-EU) fee-paying students with outstanding academic qualifications who plan to enroll in a full-time postgraduate degree program at the university, a scholarship program has been established. The scholar will be eligible for a 20 percent tuition fee reduction.

- In order to be considered for a scholarship, an applicant must have been offered a place on a full-time attendance programme during the academic year 2022/2023.
- The International Scholarship for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is exclusively available to self-funded international (non-EU) fee-paying students who are enrolled in a full-time programme at the university. Applicants who have received full sponsorship from a government office or consulate are ineligible to submit an application.
- These scholarships are not available to students enrolled in online or blended learning programs.
- Students are only eligible for one scholarship from the University of Strathclyde per academic year, and only one scholarship will be awarded.
- Participants in scholarship programs will be expected to participate in student ambassador activities during their time at the university, such as assisting student recruiting efforts and events.
