The scholarship is open to students who meet the following criteria:
• They have a confirmed place to study at UEA in one of the eligible courses.
• They have completed the INTO Newton A-Level Programme with an average of 70% or above.
• They are international students paying overseas fees.
• They are not receiving any other bursary or scholarship from UEA or another organisation.
To apply for the scholarship, students do not need to submit a separate application form. They will be automatically considered for the scholarship once they have received their results from the INTO Newton A-Level Programme and have confirmed their place at UEA. The applications will be assessed by an independent panel of experts from the STEM sector, who will select the most deserving and motivated candidates. The successful applicants will be notified by email by 31 August 2024.
