The University of Manchester is again promoting the global doctoral scholarship program for foreign students who demonstrate a high academic level, said award is awarded for the educational period 2021 – 2022.

The University of Manchester will provide a total fund to the winning students of the UK Excellence Scholarships, which lasts for 3 years. It is integrated with the cost of tuition and an annual maintenance stipend.

Conditions that participants must meet:
- Foreign students who demonstrate excellence.
- Have an undergraduate degree with honors from a world-renowned institution.
- Submit a formal application to the full-time Ph.D. course using the University of Manchester online entry system.
- Have a conditional proposal before registering.
- Record a history of participation in research or contributions to publications, articles or project work.
- Broadly master the English language in the highest standards required by the evaluation committee. It is important that you provide the IELTS certificate proving your knowledge of that language.
