Eligibility for Scholarship.

• There are no restrictions placed on the area of concentration. Applicants must be citizens of the United Kingdom (or one of its dependencies or territories) and are responsible for determining whether or not they meet the requirements to enroll in a postgraduate program (master’s or doctoral) in Australia.
• The Trustees are especially interested in hearing about potential PhD and research-based Master’s degree programs.
• A recipient’s responsibilities after receiving a scholarship
• The student is required to begin their studies within a year of receiving the award.
• The departure flight has to be booked and taken within one year after receiving the reward.
• There will be no consideration given to any monies in excess of those indicated.
• The duration of the award is limited to no more than three years.
• It is the scholar’s responsibility to arrange their own visa, health cover, insurance, and other related matters.
• A yearly report (and an update every six months) is required to be given on the progress made and the expenditures made. This must have the support of the instructors of the course. The continuation of the grant is contingent on submitting reports that are acceptable.
• Additionally necessary is a detailed report following the conclusion of the study.
