Requirements:
These awards are based on a combination of academic achievement (GPA) and/or SAT or ACT scores.
To enroll in the program, applicants must be admitted to the university’s bachelor’s program. All applicants are automatically considered.
Applicants must submit a personal statement, as well as a specific short answer question for USF, official transcripts, financial certification, passport, and letters of recommendation.
Applicants must have a previous degree certificate with the relevant marks.
Applicants must submit official TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo English test results.
How to apply for this student grant
Students applying for financial aid at USF should complete the FAFSA. The FAFSA is used to determine federal and/or state aid eligibility.
California residents who are not able to complete the FAFSA based on citizenship status should complete the California Dream Act application.
Your SSN is the identification number you will provide on the FAFSA and is used by USF to match your aid applications with your student record.
Your SSN will not be disclosed by the University without your consent except as allowed by federal and state law.
