Scholarship Offer:
Students who are enrolled in the undergraduate program and who live in University Hall or the Deirdre Jordan Village may be eligible for financial support from the Wyndham Richardson Scholarship Fund. Each year, there will be a total of four scholarship recipients, provided that sufficient money are available. The value of each scholarship will be up to $2,500, and it will be credited to the recipient’s account at Flinders Living for the Accommodation Fee.
Eligibility for Scholarship.
- Applicants are required to:
- be a citizen of Australia or a permanent resident of the country; and
- be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at Flinders University, or be actively seeking enrollment in such a program; and
- be a resident of either University Hall or Deirdre Jordan Village for the entirety of the academic year in which the prize is presented; and
- be able to show that they are experiencing financial difficulty; and
- not be enrolled in any other scholarship programs at the same time.
- The recipient of the scholarship will be selected based on their academic achievements as well as their documented financial need. The selection will be made in accordance with the processes that have been given the go-ahead by the Director of Academic and Student Services. Applicants who: normally reside outside of the Adelaide metropolitan area and the metropolitan areas of other major Australian cities (as defined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics Local Council areas); or normally reside in the Adelaide metropolitan area but are required, due to special circumstances, to reside at Flinders Living will be given preference. Preference will be given to applicants who: normally reside outside of the Adelaide metropolitan area and the metropolitan areas of other major Australian cities (as defined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics Local Council areas).
The Postgraduate Scholarship for the South African Students for the academic year 2022-2023 is now open for all-year academic rounds. This gives eligible students the chance to do their postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom.

Application Procedure
- To be considered, applications must be received by the closing date and must be submitted electronically through the Flinders University Student System.
- As part of the application procedure, you are going to be needed to provide the documents listed below:
- Applicants who are currently getting financial assistance from the Commonwealth in the form of a payment will be required to provide proof of this fact. You are able to accomplish this by submitting a recent Centrelink (or DVA) Income Statement, which demonstrates that you are currently receiving government benefits that are based on your income level.
