London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine now accepts applications for Lieutenant-Colonel Henry Kirkpatrick Scholarships for the 2018-2019 academic year. This program is available to all international students, full-time candidates who hold an offer of confirmation from the Registry for the MSc Public Health for Eye Care course. This program gives ophthalmic experts the learning and abilities required to decrease visual deficiency and visual handicap in their populaces by building up a proof based general wellbeing approach for the control and administration of blinding eye infections.
As a component of the application procedure, candidates are required to show how they meet the School’s base English Language prerequisites. This is especially essential for candidates requiring a Tier 4 Student Visa, as the UK Home Office directs that each understudy from outside the UK and European Union (EU) must show confirmation of a base level of English dialect capacity (called CEFR B2 level) to be allowed a Tier 4 Student visa and to study in the UK.
This full-time 1-year studentship will be covering a full educational tuition fee cost at the abroad expense rate and will give a support stipend of GBP 16,500.00 (a stipend of GBP 15,000.00 paid out for a month to month recompense, in addition to GBP 1,500.00 towards the student’s mid-year project expenses, and GBP 1,100.00 towards a graduated class workshop.
