About the Scholarship Provider:

Several art and science organisations were established in Exeter in 1851 as part of a grand plan to encourage urban growth. Modern-day Exeter University can trace its roots back to this moment. Since receiving its Charter in 1955, the institution has functioned legally as a university. Exeter University is consistently recognised as one of the best universities in the United Kingdom because of its membership in the elite Russell Group.

In the realm of higher learning, the University of Exeter is universally hailed as a top contender. Most of the credit for this success goes to the university’s excellent reputation. You couldn’t be attending a better school elsewhere in the country. It is expected that The Guardian will maintain its current ranking of fifteenth throughout 2022 and 2023. In 2022, Exeter University will be ranked #13 in The Complete University Guide’s list of the world’s best universities. The University of Exeter is one of the world’s top 150 institutions, according to the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023. Streatham, St. Luke’s, and Penryn are the three campuses where classes and tutorials are held at the University of Exeter. Both Penryn and St. Luke’s can be found in Cornwall, albeit Penryn is a bit closer to Falmouth. The majority of students attend classes at the Streatham location. The combination of contemporary and old architecture with natural features like lakes, forests, parks, and gardens makes this campus one of the most picturesque in the country. St. Luke’s University moved away from its downtown origins and is now located on the other side of the city. The Medical School, the Academy of Nursing, the Department of Allied Health Professions, and the Postgraduate Diploma in Education programme are all housed in the same facility. The Penryn campus is currently home to somewhere over 6,000 students. The most cutting-edge academic research is being undertaken on this campus, which also provides accommodation for its staff. More over two hundred student-run organisations cater to the interests of Exeter University students, ranging from sports (including football and surfing) to the fine arts (such as theatre and dance). By virtue of their membership in various organisations, students have access to a wealth of tools that can facilitate their engagement in campus life.
