One or more Ph.D. candidates who focus their research on Ukraine in political science, economics, or other related subjects are eligible to apply for the Neporany Doctoral Fellowship, which is made available by the Canadian Foundation for Ukrainian Studies (social sciences and political, economic, and social history).
