For the academic year starting 2018 until 2020, two postdoctoral scholarship will be given as a scholarship grants. Scholars will deal with the research program related with Mathematics and Computer Science. The scholarship named as the excellent scholarship program.

The scholarship course can be taken at the University of Lyon which is located in Lyon and Saint-Étienne, France. The country became the center of higher education curricula in the field of research with total of 16 universities around the regions.

All applicants must demonstrate a high command of English Grammar, both written and oral as this is being required by the University. For the non-English speakers, then a proof of English test maybe required like the TOEFL and must submit results with high rating as required under eligibilities.

Applicants may start collecting all needed documents prior to submission due date on January 10, 2018. All positions are only available in the Postdoctoral degree and is available through the line majors in Mathematics and Computer Science.

The scholar will receive a net salary of 2,179 € per month. In addition, Basic social security is included. A bonus of 1,500 €/year allowance which will finance any work-related expenses.

A doctorate in Mathematics or fundamental Computer Science before October 1st, 2018 is a requirement for all applicants.

  • Up to two letters of recommendation from researchers external to Lyon
  • A recommendation letter from the scientific advisor in Lyon
