The Government of Russia has placed a full world scholarship project in coordination with various universities and institutions. It is especially aimed at students of any nationality who have a high academic level. The international scholarship called The Open Doors allows students to pursue a full-time master’s or doctorate in any of the areas that are available.
The Open Doors is carried out through the union of various Russian and world organizations and institutions. The purpose of this full scholarship in Russia is to offer a real benefit to the winners of it.

Full-time Master’s and Ph.D. in any subject or area available.
Who can participate ?:
International students of a high academic level. The selection of candidates is based on knowledge and not on ethnicity, religion, race, color or gender.
Endowment of the scholarship:
The Government of Russia, in conjunction with the subscribed universities and institutions, will award the following prizes to the winning students:
- Full college tuition.

Conditions that participants must meet:
- International students of high academic level can apply for the full scholarship in Russia. Likewise, Russian nationals residing abroad are also allowed to register.
- This award is characterized by being free from discrimination.
- The applicant must be fluent in the English or Russian language. For the best chance of being a scholarship-winning student, you must present a language certificate that endorses your knowledge in any of the aforementioned languages.
- Submit a formal registration for the full international scholarship in Russia for Latinos through the Russian Government online entry system.
- After completing this process, you must complete a selection regime, which is based on two rounds. With both successful completion you will be a happy winner of a world scholarship in Russia.
Instructions to apply:
Supporting data: Transcripts and academic records, curriculum, personal statement, copies of passport, certificate of English or Russian language proficiency, among others. It is mentioned that each of the documents must be translated into Russian and properly notarized.
