Founded in 1959, Louisiana State University of Alexandria is a public university located in Alexandria, Louisiana. LSUA offers college degrees in numerous disciplines. At this university, students can choose from a number of exciting career opportunities. LSUA offers a wide range of learning possibilities, as well as excellent academic and student development programs.

Package Offered:

  • The scholarship offers up to $1,500 to selected students.

The scholarship does not cover travel expenses, living expenses, medical insurance, or study materials.

Requirements):

  • Applicants must be international students with an F1 Visa and enrolled full-time (12 hours) at LSUA.
  • Applicants must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.5, earned at least 30 credits
  • To apply for the award, applicants must be admitted to a bachelor’s degree at this university.
  • Applicants must submit a copy of all official transcripts, in English, describing all academic studies completed and attempted prior to the time of application.
  • To gain admission, applicants must have high school certificates with transcripts.
  • Applicants must submit a score of 500 or more (written test), 173 or more (computerized test), or 61 or more (Internet-based test) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), IELTS with a score of at least 5.5 or GTEC with a score of 1182.
