Since its inception in 1907 in the province of Saskatchewan in the country of Canada, the University of Saskatchewan has grown into a well-known institution that focuses on research over the course of its history. After having its beginnings as a university dedicated to the study and research of agriculture, the University of Saskatchewan eventually broadened its academic offerings to include those of medicine, the arts, and the sciences, in addition to those of law, engineering, theology, and various other fields of study. On the site of the university can be located a number of colleges that are affiliated with the institution. Over the past few years, the university has been of tremendous assistance in fostering Saskatchewan’s continued growth and development. In addition to the seven museums and art galleries, there is also a Physical Activity Complex that can be found on campus. In total, there are roughly 130 different organizations and organizations on campus. The campus is frequently regarded as being among the most aesthetically pleasing campuses in all of Canada on account of the green space, buildings, and walkways that it possesses.

Eligibility for Scholarship.

  • Students from outside of Canada who enroll in one of the University of Saskatchewan’s direct-entry colleges are eligible for consideration for an International Student Scholarship. These students pay a higher tuition rate than Canadian residents.
  • Those who are awarded this scholarship are also considered candidates for the International Student Entrance Scholarship, which can be awarded in addition to the Guaranteed Entrance Scholarship.

If you are a first-year student at the University of London and you are paying the home fee, you should apply for the Full-time Undergraduate Bursary for the 2022-2023 school year. The purpose of the scholarship is to help incoming freshmen who have shown strong ambition for higher education and a desire to make a positive impact in their communities on their way to achieving their own personal and professional objectives.

 

Application Procedure

  • Are you interested, and do you qualify? To submit your application to the University of Saskatchewan (USask), please visit admissions.usask.ca on their website.
  • Students can make themselves eligible for consideration for undergraduate admission by submitting their applications online. The deadline for submission of applications is on February 15th. Students have until March 1 to submit the required supporting documents, pay the $90 CDN application cost, and meet the prerequisites for admission to the University of Saskatchewan (including English Language Proficiency).
