Through the Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship, the ACFE Foundation supports the education of students who have an interest in pursuing a career in fraud examination. The scholarship provides an opportunity for students to advance their education and anti-fraud career paths. Many of these outstanding and deserving students go on to become Certified Fraud Examiners.
The ACFE is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and premier provider of anti-fraud training and education. Together with nearly 90,000 members, the ACFE is reducing business fraud world-wide and inspiring public confidence in the integrity and objectivity within the profession. The mission of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is to reduce the incidence of fraud and white-collar crime and to assist the Membership in fraud detection and deterrence.
The ACFE Foundation is a tax-exempt, charitable organization. Contributions to the ACFE Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. This allows students to know where the ACFE Foundation stands on donations as well as it being seen more as a non-profit foundation. This scholarship award is dedicated to the memory of five men whose families helped to create this wonderful opportunity.
