At Quality Comix, we are proud to recognize and honor students who set high standards for themselves and accomplish exceptional results. We are ecstatic to announce the launch of our very first *Quality Comix scholarship program, which will provide financial assistance to a single student who demonstrates exceptional need.
There is no minimum GPA required, and there are no application documents to fill out. This scholarship will be available to high school seniors who will be enrolled in classes during the spring semester of 2024, as well as undergraduate and graduate students studying at any college or university in the United States that has been granted accreditation.

Scholarship Offer:
- The Quality Comix scholarship offers a one-time award of $1,000 to be used toward any education-related fee, including but not limited to tuition, books, computers, lodging and board, etc.
The Gustafsson & Skrondal Visiting Scholarship is administered by the University of Oslo’s Centre for Educational Measurement (CEMO). As part of the visiting scholar program, CEMO and the University of Oslo host a number of young researchers from Norway and elsewhere each year.
Eligibility for Scholarship.
- You need to be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, or you must possess a valid student visa.
- Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program at an approved university, college, or school in the United States, or have received acceptance to such a program.
- At least 18 years of age is required.
- How to make use of it:
- Write an essay of at least 300 words on any one of the following topics for a chance to win the scholarship:
- Has any comic book character influenced your views on current events? If so, how?
- What is the impact of comic book art on society?
- Essays are to be emailed to [email protected] as an attached Word document file, together with the student’s full name, address, phone number, and the name of their school. The student’s birth date is also required. Make sure to put “The Quality Comix Scholarship” in the subject line. Each participant is limited to submitting a single entry.

The Quality Comix Scholarship Program is open to all international students.
If a student enrolls in one of the degree programs offered by SOAS University of London, they may be eligible to receive a fee waiver award in the amount of £5,000. This award is available to students who are interested in receiving a degree from SOAS University of London.

- Please respond to this email following the instructions provided above. On *April 10th, 2024, our team will select the best response, and we will send an email to the winner notifying them of their victory. The winner has seven days to react, after which another person will be chosen as the recipient of the award.
