The cost of living in Indonesia for an international student may come as a shock to them, because they would actually be saving more by living in this country. The average living cost including rent is around $235 USD per month.  This way students can end up acquiring about a part-time job through the university they are attending or through an online alternative.

Having extra funds for any transportation cost would be ideal.

Tuition Cost

First off, if international students go to Indonesia to study medicine, they can expect their tuition fees to be more near the 10,000 EUR range. However, if students are studying another subject matter, they can expect to pay between $3,000 – $7,000 per academic year.

Average Tuition Cost

What type of tuition cost will students need to plan for when they are creating a school budget? In Cyprus, foreign students can expect to pay for an undergraduate degree, a maximum of 13,000 EUR or a low minimum of 3,000 EUR. The reason there is such a vast difference is because the universities in Cyprus decide how much tuition will cost per academic year.

Living Cost

There is a fine line between buying groceries to cook at home, or eating out at restaurants. And in Cyprus the average living cost for rent and daily needs is between 300-800 EUR. However, if a student decides to eat at restaurant multiple times a week, they can expect their monthly living cost to rise to 1,200 EUR.

In Cyprus, the living cost is greatly affected by how an individual decides how to live. Like we mentioned above, to stay within budget or even under 400 EUR. An individual would need to primarily cook their dinners at home, rather than going out and ordering takeout.

Languages Spoken in Cyprus

The two main languages spoken in the country are Turkish and Greek. However, the best way to understand the diverse layout of Cyprus, will break it down. Cyprus as an island is divided into two known sections, one being the Cypriot Turks and the Greek Cypriots. The Cypriot Turks live in the north part of the country, while the Greek Cypriots live in the southern part of Cyprus.
