Description of the scholarship award:
The Vincent-Lemieux scholarship aims to encourage graduate research in the fields of political ideas, public policy, political sociology and comparative politics.
This scholarship is named in memory of Professor Vincent Lemieux for his vital role in the development of political science in Canada and in Quebec.
This annual scholarship of $ 1,000 will be awarded to the student who presented the best dissertation or the best thesis in political science or public affairs between September 1 and August 31 of the previous academic year.

The scholarship will be awarded by decision of the graduate program committee. No application file should be submitted to the committee. The successful candidate will be notified of the committee’s decision at the start of the winter session.

If you are an international student who wishes to be admitted to a bachelor’s program, or if you are not seeking assistance from a provincial government or American loans, you must complete the Declaration of Aid and Analysis forms.
