To attract outstanding students in Ph.D. Degree, Newcastle University offers the Iland Postgraduate Research International Studentships in the United Kingdom for the academic year of 2022-2023. The studentship aims to support the local and international students who wish to further their Ph.D. degrees at the university.

Eligibility

To proceed with the application process, the interested students must meet the eligibility criteria for the studentship awards.

Scholarship Awards 

Newcastle University will award the successful students with a funded Ph.D. degree studentship which includes the student’s tuition fee and a living allowance at the UKRI rate. UKRI provides competitive grants to UK universities to cover tuition and living costs for Ph.D. students. Each place of study offered by the university as a result of this funding is referred to as a student body.

Scholarship Deadline

The deadline to complete and submit the application is until July 18, 2022. Late and incomplete applications will be automatically rejected. The scholarship panel will evaluate all the applications and successful students will be notified through their registered email at the application.

The studentship will be offered annually by Newcastle University.
