The Secondary Scholarship, Scholarship Institute – Entre Ríos, it was reported that as of February 24, secondary students will be able to start the process of renewing or requesting new scholarships granted by the provincial body. Registration is done online through the website of the autarchic entity, www.institutobecario.gov.ar, which speeds up and facilitates the process.
“We define the start date for registrations to obtain new scholarships and for renewals at the secondary level. It will be from Thursday, February 24, that is, the week before the start of the school year in the province,” Bértoli explained. It was within the framework of the training of Scholar delegates from the entire province, which took place this Thursday in Paraná, where the organization’s work guidelines for this year were shared.
In relation to the scholarships, Bértoli explained: “The renewal of the benefit is not automatic, so it is essential that those students who have the secondary scholarship carry out the renewal. In this case, the documentation requested is less. It is about the proof of regular student or enrollment in the 2022 school year, the 2021 bulletin signed by the institution and, in the case of renewal, the billing holder will remain unless the change is requested”.
Bértoli also recalled that the chat is available on the Institute’s website, which works from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. so that students or their families can make inquiries and thus clear up doubts, both for those who must renew their benefit or those who do the procedure for the first time.
SOME DETAILS OF REGISTRATION
The modality to carry out the registration process is very simple.
The requirements are to scan or take photographs with a tablet, camera, or phone of the identity document (front and back), proof of the student’s CUIL, and the last two proofs of income of their family group.
Regarding the documentation for the eventual collection of the scholarship, each student under 18 years of age must attach a photograph of the identity document and proof of CUIL of who will be the holder of the payment, who must be of legal age.
The academic situation is an essential requirement for high school students since the applicant must have passed all the subjects. In addition, they must present their regular student certificate or registration for the 2022 school year.
Finally, applicants must have at least three years of residence in the verifiable province. In the event that this situation does not appear on the identity document, you must present the last three report cards. All these documents must be photographed and sent as an attachment to the online procedure within the same system.
