The Patient Experience Project (PEP) introduced two recent high school graduates with its “Above and Beyond Scholarship,” awarded to outstanding students who have demonstrated superior academic performance, exemplary leadership, and involvement in the field.

Hannah Hertik and Peyton Yourch, both Saratoga Springs High School graduates, are this year’s recipients. Each student received a $1,500 scholarship. Hertik will travel to New York State University in Oswego this fall, where she plans to study human development with a focus on children. Yourch will attend Pace University in New York, where she hopes to major in peace and justice studies.
