GO PR Digital Marketing Scholarship is an annual scholarship that equips bright undergraduate students from Thailand and the world over with information to grow and better PR’s in the future.

ED Visa and Student Visa Application

The “ED” Visa
The “ED” Visa is for foreign students, who wish to study in Thailand. A student must apply for this visa outside of the country. It is normally valid for 90 days. ED visa students will study a minimum of 15 hours per week (or 180 hours during the 90-day visa period).
Tuition hours need to be used during the 90-day visa period. They are non-transferable & non-refundable. Unused hours will expire at the end of each 90-day visa period.
To qualify for this visa:
- You must have a passport (valid for at least 18 months at the planned date of arrival).
- You must be willing to fulfill all study & attendance requirements.
- You must apply for the ED visa outside the Kingdom of Thailand.
- You must meet all Royal Thai Government requirements.
To apply for this visa, a student will need a Letter of Acceptance from the language center and several letters from the Royal Thai Government. This process will take at least 1-2 months to complete.
The Student Visa
The Student Visa is a visa extension. Each visa extension will provide the student with 90 more days in Thailand (up to 12 months from the original date of entry).
Students must continue to study but will be required to study 20 hours per week (or 240 hours during each extension period). As before, the tuition hours need to be used during the 90-day visa period. They are non-transferable & non-refundable. Unused hours will expire at the end of each 90-day visa period.
To qualify for this visa:
- You must have a valid ED Visa in your passport
- You must be studying in our program.
- You must fulfill all study & attendance requirements.
- You must apply in our office during your first week in Thailand.
To apply for this visa extension, you will need to meet with the AUA Thai Studies office staff during your first week in Thailand. Please bring your passport, three (3) passport-style photos, and supporting documents with you.
What’s Required?
A student who has an ED or Student Visa with AUA must study at least 180 hours (or 240 for student visa holders) during each 90-day visa period. This means an average minimum of 15-20 hours per week (respectively).
Please note that we reserve visa assistance for those who are serious about learning the Thai language & culture with our institute.
Students are expected to meet all study & attendance requirements, complete government applications on time, and follow all rules, regulations, and laws of the AUA Language Center & the Kingdom of Thailand. Known infractions (such as working whilst on an ED visa) will result in the cancellation of the ED visa.
Note: If you have previously had an ED visa with another language center, you will need to wait two (2) years (from the end of your previous ED visa) before applying for another one
ELIGIBLE NATIONALITY:
This scholarship is open to both students from Thailand and international students who have the intention of studying in Thailand.
SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS:
The lucky winner will receive $1,000 USD / 35,000THB by cheque that will be sent directly to your college or university addressed to you, one week after the announcement.
*Note -CDU (Charles Darwin University) Students will be contacted directly and receive payment directly if they are chosen to be the lucky winner of this scholarship
The lucky winner will also have the opportunity to work at GO PR after they graduate, or intern here part-time (paid) during term/semester breaks.
GO PR Digital Marketing Scholarship Eligibility
Eligible Countries: This scholarship is available for Thai and International students.
Entrance Requirements: Applicants must meet the following criteria:
All students who are over the age of 18, of any race or gender, are currently enrolled at university or college.
Candidates must have a passion for digital marketing as the scholarship winner will be chosen based on the quality of the content they produce and the level of knowledge they display in their chosen subject.
English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
How to apply?
Write a minimum of 1000 words in English or Thai language, on any subject that falls under Digital Marketing, this can be anything related to Digital PR, Social Media, SEO, ASO, CRO, PPC, or Web Design.
- Your work must be original and not copied or plagiarised
- Any reference should have a citation and link to your article
- Images and graphics can be used but must be original

The deadline for entry for this scholarship is on July 26th, 2022, with entry submissions resuming on July 29th, 2022 for the July 28th, 2022 Scholarship.
