Heidelberg University is offering a PhD Scholarship in Defining Innate Immune Checkpoints Controlling Natural Killer Cell Recognition of Melanoma Cells to boost the education of high-achieving students in Germany.
The PhD candidate will use a CRISPR/Cas9-based immune-oncology screening methodology with primary NK cells, melanoma cells, and other tumor cells to validate currently existing candidates for anti-tumor activity utilizing in vitro and in vivo approaches.
