The Reagan-Fascell Fellowship is a fully-funded fellowship for activists, journalists, civil society leaders, and scholars from around the world to spend 5 months in residence at the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

The exchange program in Washington DC allows fellows to conduct independent research on global democratic developments and conduct research in a particular country or region. The Reagan-Fascell Fellowship also provides the opportunity for fellows to learn the advanced skills and experience of the International Forum for Democratic Studies, as this center is the premier locus for analysis of democratic transitions in the world.

The Fully Funded Five-Month International Scholarship in the United States is for professionals as well as scholars. However, professionals will learn the methods to improve the strategies and techniques to build democracy around the world and academics will learn the techniques to conduct original and exclusive research for their publications.

Scholarship endowment:
