Tallinn University is the largest university of humanities in Tallinn and the third biggest public university in Estonia. In addition, the International Tallinn Summer School with about 300 participants from 50 countries every year offers a 3-week program in July, which includes courses in various fields presented by the best Estonian and foreign internationally acclaimed academics, opinion leaders, and intellectuals. A similar program, however with fewer courses is also offered in January at Tallinn Winter School.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Eligible Countries: International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
- Applicants must be citizens of Estonia or residing in Estonia on the basis of a long-term or temporary residence permit or permanent or temporary right of residence or staying in Estonia on the basis of a visa, or visa-free in the cases where a treaty for visa-free travel has been established or in the case of waiver of the visa requirements and have applied for a temporary residence permit for studies
- Applicants must have matriculated between the academic years 2015/2016 and 2019/2020
- Applicants must be full-time students
