Wells Fargo Bank Scholarship is actually a scholarship raffle open to high school and undergraduate students for a chance to win $5000 to pay for college.

It is formally called the ‘Wells Fargo College STEPS Sweepstakes.’ Keep in mind that you’ll be automatically entered into the drawing when you sign up to receive college planning and money management information from their experts.

How much is the Wells Fargo raffle worth?

Applicants to this College STEPS program have a chance to win $5,000. Please note that winners are chosen through random drawings held throughout the year.

However, during the drawing period, which is typically June 1 through June 30, Wells Fargo Bank will award a total of $40,000: three $5,000 prizes to high school students and three other $5,000 prizes to college students. Additional smaller prizes may also be offered.

Please note that winners of any previous CollegeSTEPS drawing will not be entered and are not eligible to win another prize.

What are the eligibility criteria?

To qualify for this program, you must meet the following terms:

Be a full-time or part-time student, 14 years of age or older as of 2022

At any accredited secondary or post-secondary educational institution, such as high school, college, university, career school, or even the school of origin
Most importantly, be legal residents of the United States 50 or the District of Columbia.
Must be at least 14 years old
Eligible students can only win once

How to Apply for the College Steps Program Scholarship Lottery

To enter the university steps program scholarship, you must follow the following procedures;

Complete and submit the online enrollment form for the CollegeSTEPS program (“Program”) (“Enrollment Form”) at wellsfargo.com/collegesteps
Then provide the name of your high school or college, your year of graduation, your first and last name, mailing address (including street, city, state, and zip code), phone number, and email address.
After online submission, you will automatically receive an entry into this Sweepstakes.
Please note that you may opt-out of the Program at any time; however, opting out of the Program will also exclude you from the Sweepstakes.

Please note that any attempt to compromise the Program by attempting to obtain multiple entries using different or multiple email addresses, identities, logins, automated entry software, or any other method will result in disqualification.

In the event of a dispute, the eligible student’s first and last name on the enrollment form will determine whether or not the applicant will qualify.
