For the first time, the University of Winnipeg is happy to say that 53 new scholarships for international students are available for the first time. You can get this scholarship if you are a first-time student going to school outside of the United States. You can get it if you are going to school at the University for the first time. If you are an international student, the President’s Scholarship for World Leaders is open to you right away.
