Every year, on the basis of research potential towards sustainable development, highly talented international candidates are welcomed by the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research. And also this year, the Green Talents Competition in Germany 2022 is welcoming different scientific disciplines. If you have innovative ideas and want to be a promising scientist, then this opportunity is for you.
This contest rewards the young researcher candidate who makes endless efforts for the betterment of his community and his country. With the collaboration of German experts, all participants will be able to contribute to sustainable development goals.
The theme of the Green Talents Competition in Germany 2022 is the Sustainable Development Goals. All candidates must mention in their application that they will be contributing through their research.
All candidates must apply individually and not as a team. This program would assess your potential and motivation as an individual. Students, who are enrolled in master’s or doctoral programs, will be eligible to apply. The award of this scholarship consists of two parts, the 1st part includes an invitation to a two-week virtual science forum, and the other part consists of a fully funded stay in Germany at the institute of your choice for conducting research.

Value of the scholarship:
The award of this scholarship consists of two parts:
- Part 1 includes an invitation for a two-week virtual science forum in which the participant will explore international meetings, renowned research facilities, workshops, scientific sessions, and an excellent research structure.
- The other part consists of a fully funded stay in Germany at the institute of your choice for conducting research.
- The research stay will be fully funded by the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research BMBF.
