Chipotle reimburses its employees for student tuition up to $5,250, the IRS limit. In addition, employees can reimburse tuition for two-year and four-year colleges and technical and vocational schools.

Chipotle is a Mexican Grill Restaurant located in various cities in the United States of America with people, food, animals, governance, and the environment as its main sustainability goals.
Hourly employees must have at least one year of Chipotle employment under their belts, but salaried and hourly managers are eligible immediately upon employment.
Some stipulations are attached: Employees who want to qualify for the program must maintain at least a “C” average, provide course descriptions, and submit their grades for reimbursement by the company.

Next Generation Scholarship Fund Awards
This Chipotle Scholarship program was developed to encourage students to continue their families’ agricultural traditions. It was created to draw attention to the loss of traditional farming techniques and to restore this tradition.
Host / Eligible Nationality
The Net Generation Scholarship Fund Award is hosted by the Niman Ranch and has Chipotle Mexican Grill as one of its sponsors.
The scholarship is open to the children and grandchildren of Niman Ranch farmers.
Scholarship Worth
This program has donated over $43,000 to qualified students. However, a successful applicant will receive $6,000 for their education.

Chipotle also provides scholarships to current FCCLA members. The FCCLA National Leadership Conference is scheduled to hold from September 30 – October 2 in Washington DC November 15-17 in Dallas, TX, and July 5-9 in Washington, DC
Host / Eligible Nationality
Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCA) is a national professional and technical student organization that provides personal development, leadership development, and career preparation opportunities for family and consumer science students in the USA.
Level/field of study
To qualify for one of these scholarships, students must be high school senior at an institution authorized to earn a bachelor’s or associate’s degree and have been affiliated with the FCCLA.
Scholarship Worth
The scholarship awards five prizes worth $1,000 each. Funding can only be received on time and is not renewable. Additionally, all scholarships are awarded directly to the student’s university and not to the recipient.
The scholarship can be used to cover the cost of various educational costs such as room, board, tuition, and student fees.
In addition to a financial reward, students also have the opportunity to be recognized at a conference. Winners are invited to attend the FCCLA National Leadership Conference, where they will be honored as winners.
However, the student must finance the trip and return transportation for this conference.
How to apply
To apply for this scholarship, students must submit an online application on or before the deadline date.
- First, students must complete all sections of the online form to ensure there are no blank sections.
- Second, students are reminded to list all information on the form, beginning with the most recent and beginning with the oldest.
- Finally, students can only use the space provided. Therefore, your responses cannot exceed the recommended length.
Selection process
