Eligible candidates will be able to receive the Chancellors Global Academic Merit Scholarship beginning in September 2022. This scholarship will be in the form of a £5000 tuition reduction for your first year of study. About the Scholarship:
The University of Portsmouth sits on England’s south coast, around 120 kilometers southwest of London. There are around 24,000 students registered, with 5,200 overseas students. The university has a number of highly regarded study programs that have been placed in top categories by various organizations. Aside from that, the university’s research work was also recognized as exceptional in the 2014 Research Excellence Framework. University Quarter and Langstone Campuses are the two campuses that make up the university. The University Quarter is located in the Guildhall area of Portsmouth, while the Langstone Campus is located in the Milton neighborhood. University Quarter is the biggest of the two campuses, consisting of university buildings scattered across the city center. Teaching facilities and residential choices are available to students here. The other campus has the sports complex as well as other amenities such as a restaurant and lodging. Eligibility for Scholarship.
- For 2022 admission, you must be a self-funded student enrolled in a full-time, on-campus course with annual tuition of £14300 or more.
- You must be a self-funded student if you are enrolled in a postgraduate research or taught course.
- This award is only available to applicants who have been classified as international students for tuition purposes.
