Hach & Rose, LLP is pleased to name Brenda Lewis as its first annual college scholarship honoree. As the cost of education increases each year, they created this scholarship to help to graduate children, or most recent students, with the costs of attending college or graduate studies.
We hope this scholarship can ease some of the burdens students face as they cheer up and take on a heavy workload in college.

Scholarship Benefit
The scholarship benefit for the Hach & Rose Scholarship is a cash award amounting to $5,000 to assist a student graduating senior year of high school or keeping up with their university, college, community college, or graduate school in the United States.

Scholarship Eligibility
To be considered eligible for selection for this scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Your life must have been touched by someone injured due to someone else’s negligence.
- You have to be a legal resident of the United States.
- On the date of the prize, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- On the same date of your award, you must be enrolled (or accepted with plans to attend) at a college, university, or graduate program in the United States.
- For graduating high school seniors, have an official high school transcript sealed when the scholarships are disbursed on May 15, 2018. (This can definitely replace enrollment in evidence and excellent standing at a university, university or graduate school)
- Finish the composition based on the following notice.
How to Apply for Hach and Rose
If you meet all the requirements previously, you are eligible to apply for this scholarship. To become a recipient, write an essay on the topic below.
Essay Message:
“Your life was touched in some way by an individual who was injured in an accident caused by someone else’s negligence. Reveal how the event impacted his life and what he heard or might have grown as a result.”
Essay Length:
The length of the essay should not be more than 2500 words.
