The Metropolitan University of Tirana is best known as a high elite private university. Obviously, the university was named after the city location in Tirana. The exact established date is quite interesting because, in 2011, Tirana become one of the few cities that had an all international college. The general and overall focus of the school is based on the field of engineering, architecture, and economics. But there is one thing the institution is best known for, the scholarships available for international students.
All of the programs and courses are English-taught to help acclimate the international students. Over the last decade, the college has generated enough support from local funding to ensure that the highest quality of teaching remains available.
All of the bachelor’s scholarships are one of the university’s true financial support. These scholarships are divided between new local and international students. By generating enough recognition for the academic achievements of incoming bachelor’s students, this can be for any programming choice, this funding has remained open for all students.
This scholarship has multiple divisions like 10%, 20%, 35%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, but it will come down to grade points and the Albanian grading scale to determine which percentage a student will receive.
All students that have yet to be admitted into the university yet, can submit their scholarship forms attached with all official documents that are needed. These documents are a passport copy, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and letter of motivation.
The main focus the university prides itself on is being able to help low-income students, who come from low-income families. What the soon-to-be student will need to do is provide a bank statement or a pension statement from a retired parent, that the income implications dramatically affect everyday living. This is so all disadvantaged students have a chance at a quality institution for no cost out of their pocket.

Reward – Extra Benefits
The rewards are quite incredible with this set of Albanian scholarships. Most of the scholarships are full coverage with tuition and health insurance. While a few will cover 75%, 50%, or 35% of the tuition cost.
The normal academic year tuition cost for an Albanian university is around over $4,000 USD.
The percentage will be chosen by a panel of judges or the admissions council to see who would need more benefits over others. The priority students who are not only academically excellent but also unfortunate when it comes to annual income will benefit far better than an individual who has poor grades and comes from a wealthy family.
The normal academic deadline for this specific university is between September 15 to October 15, 2022. This hasn’t changed in a few years, but anything is up for debate. Students should check with the university website to understand if there has been a date change.
Open Submission Window Time Frame
The open submission window time frame begins in the Summer and lasts until October 15, 2022.
All students should be able to send in their admissions applications and as well as apply for a few scholarships that are presented by the university.
This is an annual academic scholarship that the Metropolitan University presents to a set number of students.
