  • The scholarship offers $30,000 annually for 3 years for a full scholarship; if the applicant brings their own scholarship (for example, RTP), an additional scholarship of $5,000 per year for 3 years.
  • The scholarship does not cover travel expenses, medical insurance or study materials.

Requirements:

  • Eligible course or subjects: Doctorate in the Department of Neuropsychiatry of Developmental Disabilities (3DN).
  • Students with honors, master’s degrees, or equivalent degrees in medicine, allied health, or related disciplines would be eligible. Applicants can be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or international.
  • Applicants must meet the UNSW doctoral entry requirements and be able to enroll as full-time national doctoral fellows.
  • To apply, applicants must do so through the university’s online portal or through the UAC portal.
  • Applicants must submit a CV and cover letter to contact 3DN Student Coordinators Dr. Rachael Cvejic ( [email protected] ) and Dr. Janelle Weise ( j.weise@ unsw.edu.au ) to apply for the scholarship.
  • Students must submit the following documents: CV; academic transcripts; Proof of citizenship, among others.
