University of New South Wales in Australia invites all local and international Ph.D. students to take part in the scholarship that will boost their education in a Psychiatry degree for the academic year of 2022-2023.

Scholarship Eligibility 

All local and international students are eligible to apply for the scholarship and must meet the criteria given by the University of New South Wales.

Criteria:

  • The students must be able to apply for the Psychiatry Ph.D. degree at the university
  • Must have experience in techniques in histological with knowledge in neuroanatomy/
  • Must understand microscopy
  • Have a basic knowledge of molecular biology

To be admitted to the university, the students must:

  • have been holding an undergraduate degree.
  • First honor in Biomedical, Neuroscience, Neurobiology, and other related degrees.

Application Procedure:

To be able to continue the application, the students who are already admitted at the university and already meet all the criteria given must access the online portal provided by the university and must be able to submit the following supporting document:

  • CV
  • Cover letter
  • Proof of Citizenship
  • IB Degree
  • Official Transcript of Records
  • Passport Copy
  • Other certificates

All applications will be assessed by the scholarship committee and if the application will be successful the scholarship award will be automatically at the start of the academic year.

Language Requirements:

The international students whose first language is not the English language are required to submit the following test scores along with their application.

  • TOEFL PBT – 577
  • TOEFL IBT – 90
  • IELTS – 6.5
  • PTE – 64
  • C1 – 176
  • C2 – 180

Scholarship Award:

The scholarship award will be amounting to up to  $28,092 to be awarded to deserving local and international students per annum for up to three years that will cover the student’s Ph.D. studies at the University of New South Wales.

The scholarship deadline for the academic year of 2022-2023 is still open until further notice. Scholarships will be offered annually.
