The Vice Chancellor’s Overseas Scholarships are now available to students at Cardiff University, and they can be used to pay international undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses. applicants from other countries who have been offered places in certain undergraduate programs. Awards starting at £2,000 will be made available to overseas students studying a wide variety of subjects and will be provided in the form of a discount on tuition fees.

Applicants who have their primary residence in one of the following countries are automatically considered for a supplementary scholarship of $5,000:

Eligibility for Scholarship.

Applicants who have their primary residence in any of the following countries are considered automatically qualified.

  1. Undergraduate applicants who have been extended a conditional offer
  2. You have until the 30th of June, 2022 to submit your application through UCAS, and you must satisfy or surpass the standards that are outlined specifically in the formal offer that you received from UCAS.
  3. You have until the UCAS deadline to make Cardiff University your first and only choice, and you have until the 20th of August 2022 to fulfill all of the conditions of your offer, including any English Language requirements.
  4. Even if they are admitted into the university, applicants who do not satisfy the conditions of their formal UCAS offer will not be eligible for the Vice-International Chancellor’s Scholarship. This is the case even if they do meet the requirements of their offer.
  5. Applicants for the Undergraduate Program who Have Received an Unconditional Offer
  6. Your application must have been filed through UCAS no later than the 30th of June in 2022.
  7. If you currently have an Unconditional Offer, you have until the UCAS deadline to indicate that Cardiff University is your first and only choice to attend.
