Barbizon University Tuition Scholarship Program Benefits
The winner will receive a scholarship of up to $100,000 that will cover four (4) years of college tuition at an accredited college or university of the winner’s choice, excluding vocational colleges and trade schools.
Barbizon University Tuition Scholarship Program Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States, except Puerto Rico
- Barbizon and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Sponsor and its agents”) and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household as each are not eligible.
How to Apply for the Barbizon Scholarship
To apply for this scholarship program, applicants must complete the online “Entry Form“.
Complete an official entry form available at any Barbizon location, special event, or online. No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles are permitted.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries or changes of address by entrants. Limit one entry per person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Prize and Odds of Winning Barbizon University Tuition Scholarship
The winner will receive a scholarship of up to $100,000 that will cover four (4) years of college tuition at an accredited college or university of the winner’s choice, excluding vocational or technical colleges and trade schools.
The tuition scholarship will be paid directly to the school, on behalf of the winner. The prize does not include room and board, books and supplies, transportation, or any other costs or expenses not mentioned.
Approx. Retail Value (“ARV”): Depends on tuition at your chosen college. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner must be accepted into an accredited college or university, excluding vocational or technical colleges and trade schools, based on individual merit and must begin classes within three years of high school graduation or the date of notification of the winner, whichever is later.
The sponsor’s obligation to fund the winner’s tuition will end four years after the Sponsor’s first payment, regardless of whether or not the winner graduated from college. In order for the Sponsor to award the prize, the winner must provide the Sponsor with registration payment information and verification of enrollment.
Reward – If a minor wins the prize, the winner’s parent or legal guardian must sign all required documents. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents. The prize is non-transferable.
The winner is responsible for all taxes, if any, including federal, state, and local, applicable to the acceptance and use of their prize. The sponsor will issue a 1099 tax form to the winner for the approximate retail value of the prize.
