Minnesota State University Moorhead Offers International Undergraduate Presidential Merit Endowed Scholarships in Various Fields for successful international students.

The academic year 2022/2023. Applications are open for the academic session 2022/2023.

Students must have an ACT score of 30 or higher and a minimum GPA of 3.8. Must be enrolled for 12 or more credits at MSUM per semester. Preference will be given to a student from the Cass / Clay area.

To enroll in the program, applicants must be admitted to the university’s bachelor’s program. The automatic scholarship is awarded the moment the student enters the university.

Requirement:

  • To enroll in the program, applicants must be admitted to the university’s bachelor’s program. The automatic scholarship is awarded the moment the student enters the university.
  • Applicants must submit academic transcripts from all previously attended schools and a copy of the passport.

For admission, applicants must have the following:

  • High school graduate OR GED; two letters of recommendation and your resume.
  • Applicants must present proof of English language: TOEFL-CBT 171; TOEFL-iBT 61; IELTS 5 or MELAB 80.
