Applicants that become the recipients of this award will receive a stipend of 10,000 EUR for a full academic year.
The 10,000 EUR will go directly to paying tuition or left over tuition fees. There is no alternative for the 10,000 EUR to be spent by the student. This is strictly a scholarship award that aims to lower the tuition fees for a financial needs student.
If the amount is used for anything else the student may have to give up the scholarship opportunity and pay back a portion of percentage of the amount received.

Students can apply for this scholarship right after they send in their admissions to the University of St. Andrews. This is preferred so the student does not wait any longer to submit a full and complete application.
