Hi. If you mean South Korea, here it is how you can find fully funded scholarships there:
You have to visit this page:
Choose first as country of the scholarship, Korea, South from the drop-down list box with all the countries.
Then choose as the Expenses covered field, All, which actually means all the expenses are covered (fully funded).
And click Search.
It will find All the scholarships from South Korea that are fully funded. Then you can click “View Details” button on the ones that you choose to be most suitable for you and will find the application form inside after you click also the Scholarship Link from the bottom that leads you to the University’s website that is offering that scholarship.
