Undergraduate scholarship means actually “Bachelor’s Scholarship” so you can visit our page here: https://www.pickascholarship.com/find-scholarships/ and select as scholarship type, “Bachelor Scholarship” and as Expenses Covered, choose “All” so it will be “without application fee” and the rest you have to check each Scholarship in particular if they require IELTS score or not.
Once you find the needed scholarship that meets all the conditions, you have go to the University’s website that is offering that scholarship. You can do that by going to the “Scholarship Link” which is a field more on the bottom of the scholarship article post.
Once you are on the University’s website, you will find more information about the scholarship, including how to apply to it.
